My name is Coach Kelly and I am a Level II RRCA Certified Running Coach and certified Youth Coach. I am passionate about supporting YOU and your running goals.
My coaching philosophy is based on an individualized, wholistic approach. Each runner brings a unique set of needs based on their personal goals, family life, work schedule, fitness level, motivation and past experience. Getting to know each runner and what makes them unique helps me to support them as a coach, creating a plan that works for the runner.
As a coach I share the importance of quality form drills, mobility exercises, strength and core work.
I write four week plans that are considered "living documents," they grow and change with the runner.
Most important is that each runner feels respected and valued by myself as coach. Developing a good rapport with each athlete is imperative for having good communication and trust.
